非洲山毛豆种子物理特征与常量化学成分分析

以野生非洲山毛豆种子为材料，对其种子的部分物理特征和常量化学成分进行了研究．结果表明，种子的长、宽、厚分别为4．63mm、4．01mm、1．92mm，千粒重21．52g，容重659．8g／L，自流角25．89°，静止角23．15°．常量化学成分：ω（水分及挥发物）=9．89％，ω（粗脂肪）=13．47％，ω（粗蛋白）=38．73％，ω（总糖）：21．35％，ω（灰分）=4．84％，ω（淀粉）=10．76％，ω（粗纤维）=11．91％．山毛豆种子油脂油脂酸价2．7mg／g，过氧化值1．17mmol／kg，皂化价188mg／g，碘价118g／100g，密度0．8599g／mL，折光系数1．4648．山毛豆种子是一种脂肪和蛋白质含量较高的豆类种子．

Physical characteristics and chemical macro composition analysis of Tephrosia vogelii Hook f.seeds

Part physical characteristics and chemical macro composition were investigated with Tephrosia vogelii Hook f. seeds. The results showed that the size of seeds was 4. 63 mm ×4. 01 mm × 1.92 mm, 1.52g of 1000-grain weight, 659. 8g/L of soil bulk density, 25.89° of the angle of automatic flow, 23. 15° of the angle of repose. The chemical macro composition was to（water and volatile matter） = 9.89%, ω （ crude fat） = 13.47% and ω （ crude protein） = 38.73%, ω（ total sugar） = 21.35%, ω （ash） =41 84%, ω（starch） = 10. 76%, ω（crude fiber） =11.91%, respectively. Acid value, peroxide value, saponification value, iodine value, density and refraction coefficient of oil of Tephrosia vogelii Hook f. seeds were respectively 2. 7 mg/g, 1.17 mmol/kg, 188 mg/g, 118g/100 g, 0. 859 9 g/mL and 1. 464 8. Tephrosia vogelii Hook f. seed is a kind of legume seeds with high lipid and protein content.
