| 摘 要： | 对我国农民专业合作经济组织的专业性、服务性等特征进行了分析,并对其在发展过程中存在的政策扶持、立法及资本形成等问题进行了研究,提出了加强和规范农民专业合作经济组织的建设和管理,以及加快相关立法等政策建议.

| Abstract: | The features of speciality and service of the co-operative farmer organizations were analyzed. The problems, such as its supportive polices, legislation and capital formation existed in this process were discussed. Some countermeasures of enhancing recognition,normalizing organization and promoting legislation of the co-operative farmer organizations were put forward. |
