银杏脱壳技术与设备研究

摘    要:研究了银杏的脱壳方法,并以脱壳率(出现脱壳银杏所占的比率)、整仁率(完整果仁所占的比率)和碎仁率(碎果仁所占的比率)为观测指标,进行了银杏挤压脱壳试验,结果表明,采用碾搓法脱壳,可使银杏一次脱壳率(P1)不低于65%、碎仁率(P3)不高于10%.在此基础上研制了银杏脱壳设备.

Abstract:Gingko extrusion-grind exuviating tests had been studied with un-cracked rate(i.e.P1-Un-cracked gingko quantity in per kilogram tested material),integrated kernel rate,(i.e.P2-Rounded kernel of shelled gingko quantity in per kilogram tested material),and smashed nut rate(i.e.P3-Smashed gingko quantity in per kilogram tested material) as analysis indexes.The experiments of Gingko exuviating showed,that with once extrusion-grind exuviating method,P_1 is not less than 65%,while P_3 is not more than 10%.A prototype instrument of gingko exuviating had been implemented based on this hulling theory.
