莱茵衣藻细胞核转化系统研究进展

摘    要:莱茵衣藻(Chlamydomonas reinhardti)是一种3套基因组都能进行遗传转化的真核生物.随着转基因技术的不断完善,利用衣藻作为受体生物进行外源基因表达的研究已经成为新的研究热点.特别是利用衣藻核基因组转化系统表达外源基因的研究也取得了一系列的进展.在受体衣藻品系的选择、遗传转化效率、表达调控等方面进行的系列研究,为建立一套稳定高效的外源基因表达系统打下了坚实的基础.文章对近几年在衣藻细胞核遗传转化系统等方面的研究进展进行了综述.

Abstract: Chlamydomonas reinhardtii,a model system for the study on photosynthesis and chloroplast biogenesis,is the only eukaryotic algae which can be transformated foreign genes into the three genomes of C. reinhardtii. With the improvement of transgenic technology,the study on expressing of foreign genes in C. reinhardtii has been a new hotspot now. Especially, there is great progress in transformating foreign genes into the C. reinhardtii nuclear genome. The research in the choice of C. reinhardtii strains,the efficiency of genetic transformation and the regulation of gene expression has been the base of developing a stable and high efficiency transformation system for C. reinhardtii. In this paper, the recent research advance in nuclear transformation system of C. reinhardtii were reviewed.
