3-羟基-2,4,6-吡啶三羧酸的原位合成及结构表征

摘    要:在水热条件下采用硝酸铜和2,4,6-三甲基吡啶为原料合成了两个新的配合物Cu4(2,4,6-opyta)2(H2O)8](1)和Cu4(2,4,6-opyta)2(H2O)6].2H2O(2),并对配合物的结构进行了X-射线单晶衍射分析.结果表明,两配合物互为超分子异构体,结构中都包含有Cu2(2,4,6-opyta)2]基本单元,且均结晶于三斜晶系,P-1空间群,其晶胞参数分别为a=7.008 8(9),b=8.055 0(10),c=10.979 0(10),α=73.419(2)°,β=87.934(2)°,γ=85.127(2)°,V=591.86(12)3和a=6.980 2(7),b=7.067 6(7),c=13.234 6(14),α=82.698(2)°,β=76.977(2)°,γ=79.960(2)°,V=623.74(11)3.

Abstract:Two new complexes Cu4(2,4,6-opyta)2(H2O)8](1) and Cu4(2,4,6-opyta)2(H2O)6]·2H2O(2) had been prepared hydrothermally with 2,4,6-opytaH3 and 3-hydroxy-2,4,6-pyridinetricarboxylate.The crystal structures of both complexes had been determined by X-ray analysis,3-hydroxy-2,4,6-pyridinetricarboxylate in which was in situ generated from 2,4,6-trimethylpyridine mediated by Cu2+ under hydrothermal conditions.The results showed that two complexes were supramolecular isomers,including a Cu2(2,4,6-opyta)2] unit and crystallize in triclinic,P-1 space group.The unit cell parameters for two complexes were a=7.008 8(9),b=8.055 0(10),c=10.979 0(10),α=73.419(2)°,β=87.934(2)°,γ=85.127(2)°,V=591.86(12)3;and a=6.980 2(7),b=7.067 6(7),c=13.234 6(14),α=82.698(2)°,β=76.977(2)°,γ=79.960(2)°,V= 623.74(11)3,respectively.
