摘    要:对微米填料——微米纤维和微米颗粒增强聚合物基复合材料摩擦磨损性能的研究和发展进行了综述.概述了纤维种类、纤维取向、纤维编织和混杂以及纤维的表面处理对增强复合材料摩擦磨损性能的影响及作用机理,讨论了微米颗粒对复合材料的摩擦磨损性能的影响机理及减摩耐磨用微米颗粒的选择性原则,结合国内外研究进展,指出了微米复合材料的缺点和不足,并对聚合物复合材料摩擦学的研究方向进行了展望.

Abstract:The recent progress of sliding wear properties of micro-fillers including micro-fiber and micro-particle was reviewed.The effects of the fiber type,fiber orientation,fiber weaving and hybrid as well as fiber surface treatment on the wear mechanisms and tribological properties of fiber reinforced composites were summarized.The mechanisms of the effect of micro-particle on the improvement of composites and the selectivity principle of micro-particle as friction reducing and wear resisting were also discussed....
