烟草细胞悬浮培养生产CoQ10的动力学研究

摘    要:以烟草(Nicotiana tabacum L.)细胞作为材料,用改良后的培养基进行悬浮培养,在培养周期内不同的培养阶段,对烟草细胞生长和培养基中碳源、硝态氮、磷酸盐等无机元素含量的变化及烟草细胞内CoQ10合成的情况进行了测定.结果表明,在细胞培养周期内,细胞生长与次生代谢产物的合成基本上同步;培养基中碳源、硝态氮和磷酸盐的消耗曲线与细胞生长的3个阶段基本上一致.

Abstract:Experiments were performed on suspension tobacco cells and using the improved medium to maintain the cells.The cell dry-weight,contents of sucrose,fructose,glucose,and inorganic phosphate and nitrate nitrogen in the medium and the CoQ_(10) in tobacco cells were measured during different cell culture stages.The results showed that the cell growth was synchronized with the synthesized production(CoQ_(10)) during culture cycle,and the consumption curves of carbon source,nitrate nitrogen and phosphate were accorded with those three steps in cell growth.
