微波辐射制备PMMA-2-EHMA树脂及其吸附油烟性能

摘    要:应用微波辐射法制备聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丙烯酸-2-乙基-己酯(Polymethylmethacrylate-2-Ethylhexyl methylacrylate,PMMA-2-EHMA)吸油烟树脂,对单体配比、引发剂用量、交联剂用量、合成温度对树脂吸附气相油烟性能的影响进行了研究,并采用扫描电子显微镜对吸油烟树脂的表面形貌和孔结构进行了表征.结果表明,当m(MMA)∶ m(2-EHMA)=4∶ 6,引发剂、分散剂和交联剂的用量分别为质量分数0.8%、1.2%和0.5%,合成温度为75 ℃时,所合成的树脂其吸油烟率最大,此时树脂表面形成了较多和较深的孔.与常规条件下的合成方法相比,使用微波辐射合成PMMA-2-EHMA树脂不仅可缩短一半的反应时间,而且其吸油烟率也高于采用常规合成法得到的树脂.

Abstract:Polymethylmethacrylate-2-Ethylhexyl methylacrylate(PMMA-2-EHMA) resin was synthesized by means of microwave irradiation.The effects of monomer ratio,initiator dose,dispersant dose,and cross-linker dose as well as synthesis reaction temperature on the synthesized resin adsorption of oil fume were investigated.Morphologies and textural properties of the synthesized resins were characterized by using Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM).Adsorption of oil fume on the resin synthesized was measured.The results show...
