富硒蛹虫草水浸提物的体外抗氧化活性研究

摘    要:为研究富硒与未富硒的蛹虫草(Cordyceps militaris L.)菌丝体和子实体水浸提液在不同的体外抗氧化体系中的抗氧化作用的差别,分别用Fenton体系、邻苯三酚自氧化反应和铁氰化钾还原法测定羟自由基、超氧阴离子清除能力和还原力。结果表明:在不同的抗氧化体系中,提取物的浓度与抗氧化性均呈剂量效应关系。富硒子实体多糖的抗氧化能力最强,清除羟自由基能力是未富硒菌丝体的6倍;对超氧阴离子的清除率在反应90s后与BHT持平,对邻苯三酚的自氧化抑制率仍维持在27%;在浓度为50 mg·mL-1,还原力A700可达到0.886。子实体提取物的抗氧化能力强于菌丝,富硒培养后的蛹虫草水浸提液抗氧化能力可增强。

Abstract:Aqueous extracts from Selenium-enriched cultured mycelia and fruit body of Cordyceps militaris were tested in vitro for their antioxidant ability in different systems.The hydroxyl free radical scavenging of extracts under optimized conditions of Fenton system were studied.The scavenging activities on superoxide were tested by pyrogallol autooxidation reaction.Comparison for reducing power was run in potassium hexacyanoferrate(III) reduction.The results showed that in the different antioxidant systems,extract gave a dose-dependant effect antioxidation activities.Selenium polysaccharide from fruiting body possessed the strongest antioxidant capacity.Hydroxyl radicals scavenging capacity is 6 times more than regular mycelium Polysaccharides.After 90 s superoxide anion scavenging rate was equal to BHT,autoxidation inhibition rate remained at 27%.At a concentration of 50 mg ·mL-1A700,reducing power reached 0.886.Selenium enriched fruiting body extract antioxidant ability of Cordyceps extracts antioxidant capacity could be enhanced.
