| 摘 要： | 从灌区可持续发展的内涵出发,结合评价指标体系的设计原则和相关的文献资料,提出了灌区可持续发展的评价指标体系。运用基于集对分析联系度的同异反态势排序法,建立了灌区工程状况、经济效益和生态环境之间协调发展的指数模型。使用该模型对辽宁省东港灌区1997年,2000年和2004年的可持续发展水平进行了评价,结果与实况相符合,且计算过程简单,可比性强,为灌区的可持续发展评价研究提供了一定的参考依据。 |

| Abstract: | On the basis of connotation of irrigation district sustainable development,the evaluation index system of irrigation district sustainable development was forward with the design theory of evaluation index system and the related literature and data.In the paper,an exponent model of coordinative development between the project condition,economy profit and eco-environment was set up based on set pair analysis,and it was used to evaluate sustainable development level of Donggang irrigation district in three different years.The result was reasonable and easy to compare,and the calculate process was simple.Therefore,the article provided a reference basis for irrigation district sustainable development. |
