玉米全蚀病菌毒素的初步研究

摘    要:玉米全蚀病菌(Gaeumannomyces graminis var.maydois,Yao,Wang et Zhu)在碎玉米粒培养基上能够产生毒素。培养物经甲醇浸提,活性炭柱吸附层析获粗提纯毒素结晶,生物活性测定表明:该粗毒素对玉米胚根生长有明显的抑制作用;对玉米幼嫩的种子根和4叶期幼苗的离体叶和活体叶有致萎作用;同时能损伤玉米叶片细胞膜。用毒素接种后,寄主表现出病原菌侵染相似的症状。

Abstract:Gaeumannumyces graminis var. maydis, a pathogen of corn take--all, could produce a toxin on solid corn ground--grain medium. The crude toxin from cultures-was extracted with methanol and purified primarily by absorption chromatography through active carbon column with methanol as eluant. Results from bioassay suggested that the toxin could inhibit obviously the growth of corn radicel, blight young seed roots as well as excised or nonexcised leaves at lour--leaf stage, and damage cell membrane of plants. When the toxin was used to treat plants, a similar symptom could be induced as if caused by the patho- gen in the field.
