水稻超高产育种的理论和方法

摘    要:水稻超高产育种是当前世界性的热门课题,也是难题。现在中国人口已接近12亿,水稻是中国粮食生产的主要作物。高产更高产,难度越来越大。水稻超高产育种,既然无现成的理论和方法可循,就只能摸索前进。本文试图将几十年来多少人的汗水心血所凝成的宝贵经验,全面加以分析整理,借以进一步完善过去所提出的理想株形与优势利用相结合、优化性状组配以及杂交后代选择标准等理论和方法,以供国内外同行参考试用。

Abstract:Rice breeding for maximum yield is a global hot topic and a tremendous challenge.For China, it has the largest population in the world and rice is a staple food, increasing rice production is of vital importance. But the higher and higher the yield it seeks, the more and more difficulties it will meet. Since there is no ready theory and method for it to follow, it has to grope through trial and error. In this paper the authors attampt to make a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the valuable experiences acquired by rice researchers and growers through decades of painstaking studies, in a bid to further refine the theories and methods for rice breeding for maximum yield and the criteria for hybrid progeny selection.
