基于多目标规划理论的辽宁双台河口湿地水资源合理配置研究

摘    要:为了恢复湿地生态功能,合理确定湿地水资源开发利用方案,促进湿地的生态功能持续发展.根据辽宁双台河口湿地开发利用现状及规划目标,选取湿地天然生态环境需水量、农业灌溉及养殖需水量、生活用水量为3个目标,以湿地各类面积为决策变量,并以恢复到2000年的湿地各类面积值为约束条件,以系统工程的观点为指导,运用多目标规划理论,构建了湿地水资源合理分配的多目标规划模型,建立了3种配置方案进行比较.结果表明:只有优先满足湿地生态环境的需水量,使水资源得到合理有效的利用,才能使湿地得到较好较快的恢复,达到可持续发展的生态功能效果,对构建湿地系统生态恢复持续发展和水资源协调利用的框架模式具有重要的指导意义.

Abstract:In order to restore ecological function of wetland,according to the circumstances that development and utilization situation and the planning objectives in liaoning Shuangtai estuary wetland,the water requirements of natural ecological environment,the water requirements of agricultural irrigation and aquaculture and the living water demand in wetland were studied as three goals.Various areas of wetland as decision variables(restoring to the area value in 2000 year) were used to established multi-objective programming model for rational allocation of wetland resources.The results showed that only giving priority to the needs of the ecological environment of wetland water and making efficient use of water resources could get better faster wetland recovery and achieve sustainable development,which has important guiding significance to construct sustainable development and ecological restoration and the framework of the coordinated use of water resources model for wetland system.
