嫁接番茄抗叶霉病效果及其与体内几种抗性物质的关系

摘    要:采用LS-89和BF兴津101作砧木,L-402作接穗的番茄嫁接苗,其叶霉病病情指数分别比L-402自根苗低11.92%和14.7%,其抗病效果与植株体内几种抗病物质有关。嫁接番茄叶片内PPO氧化酶活性强,高峰期早,持续时间长。木质素和游离脯氨酸含量高。

Abstract:Compared with the own-rooted plants of tomato variety L-402, the disease index of leaf mold of grafted plants with LS-89 and BF Xingjin 101 as stock and L-402 as scion decreased by 11.9% and 14.7% respectively. In grafted plant leaves, the activity of PPO isozyme was stronger than that in own-rooted plants. The peak value of PPO isozyme was found earlier and kept longer, and higher contents of lignine and free proline were also lested.
