东北垄作玉米免耕破茬试验装置的研究

摘    要:利用自行研制的玉米免耕试验台,采用缺口圆盘刀与双翼铲结合在田间与土槽上进行玉米免耕破茬试验,分析破茬部件的受力,得到水平分力、垂直分力和破茬切土配重随切、清茬深度的变化规律。室内外试验结果表明:该装置性能良好,结构简单,满足测试出各土壤工作部件的受力和农业技术的要求,为免耕播种机合理设计提供了参考。

Abstract:The experiments of no-tillage maize residues cutting were conducted with applying nicked disc coulter combined with two limbs shovel.The force of the cutting residues parts was determined according to the weight on the device and depth of cutting soil.The experiments showed that the experimental device possess a better property and a simple structure.It can satisfy the request of the experiment and farming practice.It provides references for reasonable design of the no-tillage planter.
