盘刀式切碎器刀盘系统动态特性的试验

摘    要:以盘刀式切碎器刀盘系统的动态数学模型为基础,本文分析了刀盘系统在稳态条件下对单位脉冲扭矩函数的响应。通过试验,确定了刀盘系统在工作过程中所输入的扭矩函数型式,进一步分析了刀盘系统对输入函数的响应过程,并求出了响应过程的数学模型。最后,根据系统的响应方程,分析了系统动力学参数对系统工作时响应的影响。

Abstract:On the basis of dynamic mathematical model established for flywheel system in flywheel-type forage cutterhead, the response of the system to pulse form unit torque is analysed in this paper. The form of torque function introduced into the system when the system was in working condition was determined through experiments, and the response process of the system to the imput torque functions was studied. Furthermore, mathematical model for the system response was developed. Finally the effects of dynamic para- meters for the system on the rosponse were investigated, according to the equations.
