树木生长轮材质检测分析法

摘    要:树木生长轮材质分析。是研究不同生态条件下木材材质变异及预测的重要技术措施。本文以湖南会同的杉木为材料,通过生长轮材质分析方法测定的小试件压力、小试件拉伸、显微硬度、生长轮密度、生长轮晚材率,与木材标准试验测定的顺纹抗压、顺纹抗拉,端面硬度,木材密度及晚材率的对比中,得到了非常接近的规律。单相关系数大部分在0.7以上.变化较大的小试件拉伸与顺纹抗拉也在0.62以上。证实了这项研究方法的可靠性。

Abstract:Analysing wood property in the light of timber growth ring is an im- portant techneque to learn the wood change under different ecological con- ditions and to predict the wood property as well. Using the growth ring wood of chinese fir from Huitong county, Hunan Province as test materi- al, we analysed its resistance to pressure, tensile strength and surface hardness, late wood rate and wood density. It was found that the results were similar to the data obtained from standard wood test. Most of the individual correlation coefficients were more than 0.7, at least 0.62 in ten- sile strength, which demonstrated that this test method is reliable.
