| Abstract: | With the rapid development of science and technology, and the interaction of multi-branches the biotechnology arose at the historic moment and developed continuously in depth at various fields. The application of protoplast generation, protoplast-induced mutation, protoplast fusion and protoplast monokaryon technique in genetic breeding of edible was summarized in this paper. |
