NaCl胁迫对黄瓜幼苗子叶膜脂过氧化的影响

摘    要:研究了NaCl胁迫下黄瓜幼苗子叶膜脂过氧化的影响,结果表明:盐胁迫下细胞的膜脂过氧化程度明显加剧,丙二醛(MDA)含理显增加,过氧化物酶(POD)活性上升,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性明显下降,MDA含量及POD,SOD活性可以作鉴定黄瓜幼苗耐盐性的生理指标。

Abstract:Effects of NaCl stress on the membrance lipid peroxidation in cucumber seedlings were studied.The results showed that the degree of membrance lipid peroxidation of cell was hasten under NaCl stress,and content of MDA was dramatically increased; POD activities raised and SOD activities declined. The contents of MDA and POD,SOD activities were taken as the physiology index of cucumber resistance to salt stress.
