| 摘 要： | 移栽裸根苗时,秧苗的埋苗率是移栽机工作质量的重要指标。为研究挠性圆盘式移栽机移栽机构各参数对秧苗埋苗率的影响,进行五因素二次通用旋转组合设计试验,建立了移栽机参数与秧苗埋苗率间的数学模型,并分析了各参数对秧苗埋苗率的影响效应。利用计算机规划求解分析方法,对模型进行优化计算,得出秧苗埋苗率最小时的最佳参数组合,并进行了试验验证。

| Abstract: | Seedling bury percentage of naked root transplanting is one of important criterion of flexible disc transplanter.General rotatory composed design with 5 factors was adopted for studying influence of factors on seedling bury percentage of naked root transplanting,and mathematical models between parameters of transplanting machine and seedling bury percentage were set up,and the influence of mechanism parameters on seedling bury percentage ratio was analyzed.Finally,the parameters were optimized by using programming method and the optimum combination of the parameters was determined and the verifying test proved the validity of the results. |
