摘    要:利用深床干燥试验台优化稻谷深床干燥工艺参数,定义耗能新指标干燥比能耗,采用二次回归正交旋转组合设计试验,建立热风温度、表现风速和谷层厚度与干燥比能耗之间的数学模型,分析各因素的单效应与互作效应,确定干燥比能耗最优条件下工艺参数的优化组合为:风温40℃,表现风速0.45m·s^-1,谷层厚度50cm;利用频数分析法进行优化,得到具有高概率保证的干燥比能耗低于1000kJ·(kg·h)^-1。的参数范围,即干燥热风温度为43~50℃,表现风速为0.49~0.57m·s^-1,谷层厚度为35~44cm,为干燥节能和干燥设备的参数设计提供参考。

Abstract:Rice drying experiments were conducted in order to optimize the efficiency rate.A deep drying test bed was used in the experiments.In the study the effects of drying air temperature,drying air velocity and paddy thickness on the efficiency rate were investigated.The results were analyzed with orthogonal rotary regression method to establish the relationship between performance function and each parameter.Single factors and correlative effects on performance were also discussed based on the regression model,...
