| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种基于嵌入式GIS技术的电力移动巡检系统的设计与开发。系统硬件由掌上电脑和CF卡式GPS接收机组成，软件平台为WINCE，嵌入式GIS开发工具采用eSuperMap。所开发的系统支持配电网络电子地图导入和基本操作，可以基于GPS获取位置信息，实现杆塔快速定位，记录或查询缺陷信息。该系统利于提高农村配电网络的线路巡检效率，有实用性。

| Abstract: | Design and development of power mobile patrol inspection system based on the GIS technique,is introduced.The hardware and software platform of the system are PDA+GPS receiver with CF card and WINCE,and its developing tools of embedded GIS is eSuperMap.The system supports power distribution network electronic map importing and basic controlling.Using the system,we can realize coordinate acquiring based GPS,pole fast-spotting and defect information recording or querying.The system is advantageous in enhancing the line patrol inspection efficiency of rural power distribution network and is practicable. |
