蔬菜农药残留的检测与分析

摘    要:为了解市场上销售的蔬菜农药残留情况,在几个蔬菜批发市场及21个超市中,采用速测法和气相色谱法,对蔬菜中的农药残留进行抽样检测。结果表明:全年共检测蔬菜样品39885个,其中超标个数为270个,总体检出率为0.68%,主要的残留农药是氧化乐果、磷胺、水胺硫磷、对硫磷、甲拌磷、三唑磷。

Abstract:To provide supervising basis for guaranteeing the safety of vegetables by understanding the situation of pesticide residue on vegetables in Shenyang markets,from February to December of 2009,the fast determination method and the gas chromatography were adopted to make sample inspection on the pesticide residue of more than 39,000 vegetables from several wholesale vegetable markets and 21 supermarkets 39,885 samples were tested throughout the year,270 of there exceeded the criterion and the unqualified rate ...
