沼液对番茄产量及其植株生理活性指标的影响

摘    要:以番茄L402为供试作物,以等氮、等磷、等钾为前提条件。采用沼液,化肥,化肥 沼液混施3种施肥类型做对比试验,辅以根外追施沼液,研究施肥量,施肥种类及叶面喷施沼液浓度的不同水平组合对番茄植株生理活性指标及其产量的影响。结果表明;施用沼液或化肥 沼液混合肥料,辅以植株液面喷施沼液,对提高番茄植株生理活性及其产量有明显的作用。番茄植株多酚氧化酶及抗坏血酸氧化酶活性比对照分别提高114.7%和206.4%。叶绿素含量比对照提高11%,番茄产量比对照提高51.7%。

Abstract:The effect of different combinations of fertilizer type,amount of fertilizer application and concentration of biogas slurry sprayed on leaves on production of tomato and physiological activity of tomato plant have been studied. In the experiment, L402 tomato variety is utilized as sample and in the precondition of equivalent N,P(P2O5),K(K2O),choose three kind of fertilizer application type (of biogas slurry, chemical fertilizer, the mixed fertilizer of biogas slurry) and chemical fertilizer together with spraying biogas slurry on plant leavesto do experiment. The experimental results showed that:Applying the fertilizer of biogas slurry or the mixed fertilizer of chemical fertilizer and biogas slurry together with biogas slurry sprayed on the tomato leaves could have a significant role in the aspects of increasing the yield of tomato and promoting the physiological activity of tomato plant:Polyphenol oxidase and ascorbic acid oxidase of the tomato plant has improved 114.7 and 206.4 percent,respectively,Chlorophyll content has increased 11 percent,production of tomato has increased 51.7 percent compared with that of the control.
