油气田开发对生态环境影响的综合评价指标体系与评价方法研究

摘    要:运用P-S-R框架模型,针对苏里格油气田开发建设的项目特点,建立了一套油气田开发建设对生态环境影响的综合评价指标体系,提出了包括目标层、准则层、要素层和指标层的4层30个评价指标.根据相应的规范法规对指标标准进行了分类;在灰色聚类方法基础上增加了指标一致化处理,然后从横向和纵向两方面评价项目建设对生态环境的影响.对苏里格气田进行了实例分析.研究表明:2007年和2010年对生态环境的影响属于第4类,2008年和2009年对生态环境的影响属于第3类,其中水环境压力、生物多样性状态、环境状态这3方面的影响较大.分析结果与该地区实际情况相符,为油气田生态环境建设奠定科学基础.

Abstract:According to the characteristics of development and construction in Sulige gas field,The P-S-R model was used to set up an comprehensive evaluation index system that the oil and gas field construct on the influence of ecological environment.Thirty evaluation indicators were divided into four levels:target level,rule level,factor level,index level.The index standard was classified according to the correspondence policies and regulations.The congruous disposal of index was added to the original grey clustering method which evaluate ecological environment influence of construction project from two aspects of the vertical and lateral.The analysis was conducted by this method on the Sulige gas field.It was found that the fourth kind of 2007 and 2010 on the influence of ecological environment and the third kind of 2008 and 2009.In all of these,the most influence was divided into three aspects: pressure of water environment,biodiversity state,environment state.The analysis results were conformed to the local condition,which is the scientific foundation for ecological environment construction in the oil and gas fields.
