超氧自由基、超氧化物歧化酶及其与植物衰老、抗逆性的关系

摘    要:超氧自由基(Superoxide free radical)是分子氧得到一个电子后的还原产物,在生物体内广泛存在,在很多情况下对有机体产生损害作用。超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase)能催化超氧自由基发生歧化反应,对有机体起保护作用.本文在对生物体内的自由基及超氧化物歧化酶作简单介绍的基础上,着重阐述它们在植物体内的发现、分布以及它们与植物衰老、抗逆的关系。

Abstract:The free superoxide radical is a reduced product of molecule oxygen thathas obtained an electron.It exists widely in living things and has harmful effects to organisms in various conditions.Superoxide dismutase cancatalyze the dismutation of free superoxide radicals and protect organismsIn this paper,on the basis of a brief introduction to free radicals andsuperoxide dismutases in living creatures,the authers elaborate on theirdiscovery and distribution in plant,and their relations to plant senescenceand stress resistance.
