旋转锥反应器生物质热裂解工艺过程及实验

摘    要:本文介绍了旋转锥反应器工作原理及旋转锥反应器生物质闪过热裂解装置的工艺流程,并以废木屑为原料进行了热裂解试验。试验结果表明,热裂解产物为生物油、不可冷凝气体和木炭。在反应器温度以600℃条件下,生物质喂入率为26.42kg/h小时,生物油得率达53.37% 装置正常运转时,反应器压力小于0.12bar。对产物成分及性能测试表明,生物油成分复杂,热值为16595kj/kg,不可冷凝气体主要由CO.CH4、.CO2,H2及水蒸汽组成。

Abstract:The result Showed that the productS of biomass pyrolysis were bio-oil, Nan-condensible gasesand char. Under the condition of' reactor temperature at 600 C, bio-oil conversion rate was 53.37%when the sawdust flow rate was 26.42kg/h. And the pressure of the reactor was less than 0.12bar duringduring normal operation of' the pilot pLant. in addition, from test results of' the pyrolysis products itwas known that the bior-oil composition was complicated and its low , heating value'was 16 595 kJ/kg.Moreover, the main components of' the non-condensible gaese were CO, CH4 CO2,H2 and watervapor.
