摘    要:对斑茅蔗BCI和BC2两个群体的397个无性系进行SSR和Alu-like分子标记分析,发现其中23个品系疑为假杂种,5个品系不具有斑茅血缘.结果表明SSR分子标记是鉴定杂交后代真实性的较好的方法,而引物SC597CS、SMC1527cl、SSCIR36鉴定出疑似假杂种总个数较多且互补性好,是鉴定斑茅蔗后代杂种真假的一组较好的引物.与Alu-like标记结合使用能较好地检测杂交后代是否含有斑茅血缘.

Abstract:SSR and Alu-like markers were employed to identify the BC1 and BC2 progenies derived from intergeneric cross of Saccharumin with Erianthus arundinaceus.The results indicated that among 397 clones of the progenies analysed,23 clones were suspected as the false hybrids and 5 clones did not had the E.arundinaceus-specified Alu-like marker.Microsatellite marker analysis was one of the reliable method for the progeny identification,and SC597CS,SMC1527cl and SSCIR36 made a good primer combination since they could...
