摘    要:以烤烟品种云烟87为试材,测定了不同成熟条件下烤后烟叶中氨基酸含量的变化。结果表明:当成熟度由低至高(M1至M5)时,烟叶中的氨基酸总量呈"V"形曲线变化,中部叶的最小值出现在M3,上部叶的最小值出现在M4;不同部位烟叶中的氨基酸含量表现并不一致,呈现上部叶的氨基酸含量高于中部叶的态势;不同氨基酸在烟叶中的含量存在着明显的差异,有些氨基酸的含量很高,如谷氨酸、天冬氨酸等,有些氨基酸含量很低,如蛋氨酸、胱氨酸等。

Abstract:The change regulation of amino acids was studied in cured tobacco with different maturity degrees.The results showed that the total content of amino acids varied in a v-shaped curve with the increasement of the maturity,the lowest content appeared at M3 stage in middle leaves,appeared at M4 stage in upper leaves.The content of amino acids in upper leaves was higher than that in middle leaves.The content of different amino acids was not similar in tobacco leaves,the content of some amino acids were high,such as Glu,Asp;while the content of some amino acids were low,such as Met or Cys.
