铝毒诱导植物细胞反应研究进展

摘    要:铝毒是酸性土壤限制作物生长的主要原因之一,许多作物对微摩尔浓度的铝发生毒害反应。本文分析了铝毒作用位点、细胞死亡机制、细胞营养元素吸收、细胞壁特性变化以及根边缘细胞胞外分泌物的变异,揭示铝毒发生时植物细胞进行多方面主动或被动的反应。

Abstract:Aluminum toxity is the main factor that limits crops growth in the acid soil, and many crops response to micromole aluminium. The toxical target of Al to plant cells, the mechanism of Al induced cell death, the changes of element uptake, cell wall characteristics and the mucilage secretion of root tips (especially from root border cells) were discussed. It indicated that active or passive responses might be involved in plant cells to aluminum toxicity.
