草鱼仔,稚鱼消化器官与味蕾发育的研究

本研究观察了草鱼仔鱼前期至稚鱼生长后期消化器官的形成、发育以及口咽腔味蕾的形成、形态及数量变化状况。结果表明:草鱼味蕾的形成时期与消化器官的分化完善以及鱼开口摄食时期是同步的。味蕾的大小随仔鱼日龄的增加而增大,其总数随鱼个体长大而增多。在仔、稚鱼发育阶段中,味蕾在口咽腔各部位的分布和数量变化与草鱼摄食活动有密切关系,越是与食物和摄食活动紧密联系的部位,其味蕾的数量就越多。

STUDY ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF DIGESTIVE ORGANS AND THE SENSE OF TASTE IN BABY AND YOUNG GRASS CARPS

The formation and development of the digestive organs, the formation, the form and changes of the number of sense buds in oral and pharynx cavity were obserived in grass carp (tenopharyngoden idellus) from baby to young in the research. Results showed that there was a synchronization between the formation of the sense buds the accomplishment of differentiation of digestive organs and the opening of mouth for feed intake. The size and the number of the sense buds increased as young fish grew. There was a close relation between the distribution of the sense buds. the changes in number in the every part of the digestive organs and the activity of feed intake. The closer the parts of the body were related to food and activity of feed intake, the more numbers of the sense buds.
