摘    要:为探明土壤理化因素对香蕉枯萎病菌的影响,在实验室条件下,以尖镰孢古巴专化型4号生理小种(Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cubense race 4,Foc 4)菌株为对象,模拟不同的土壤类型、温度、含水量和pH值等条件,观察和分析这些因子对Foc 4生长和侵染的影响。结果表明,Foc 4在土壤中生长的最适条件为:土壤温度25℃,含水量达到30%和偏酸性条件(pH 4~5);在盆栽试验中,Foc 4的最佳侵染条件为:温度30℃,偏酸性(pH 3~5)的土壤环境。

Effects of soil physi-chemical factors on growth and infection of banana fusarium wilt pathogen Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cubense
Abstract:In order to verify the effects of soil physi-chemical factors on the banana fusarium wilt pathogen (Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cubense race 4,Foc 4),various soil physi-chemical factors inclu-ding soil types,temperature,water content and pH value were simulated under laboratory conditions,and the effects on the growth and infection of Foc 4 were observed and analyzed.The results showed that the optimal growth conditions for Foc 4 were at 25 ℃ with higher soil moisture of 30% and acidic pH value of 4 to 5 in soil;whereas the optimal infection conditions of Foc 4 to banana plantlets were at 30 ℃ and in the acidic soil environment (pH 3 to 5)in the pot experiments.
