摘    要:从湖北分离的11株快生型大豆根瘤菌在大豆矮脚早、猴子毛、泰兴黑豆和鄂豆2号上能有效共生,有些菌株的固氮能力强于慢生型大豆根瘤菌113—2和005。所有快生型菌株无氢酶。竞争结瘤表明,快生型大豆根瘤菌ZA_1、ZA_6和ZA_(11)菌株在矮脚早上具有较强的竞争能力,而快生型GH_(35)、GH_(37)菌株在猴子毛上是不良的竞争者。

Abstract:11 isolates of fast-growing soybean rhizobia have been isolated fromtwo different soils in Hubei province. All of the 11 isolates showed significantsymbiotic effectiveness with the soybean cultivar Ai Jiao Zao in a pot experiments.Six representative isolates were tested for symbiotic effectiveness with three soybeancultivars (Hou Zi Mao, Tai Xing, Hubei N02 ). All of them were as effective as thehtighly effective slowgrowing reference strain 113-2. A study in glasshouse wasdesigned to analyze competive nodulation between effective fast-and slow-growingsoybean rhizobia. Two soybean cultivars, Ai Jiao Zao and Hou Zi Mao were grown insterilized eands in a pot experiment. The fast-growing rhizobia were as competitive asslow-growing reference strain 113-2 and 005 with Ai Jiao Zao, but they Werepoorly competitive With Hou Zi Mao.
