免疫多糖对南美白对虾免疫相关酶的激活作用

摘    要:将免疫多糖(酵母细胞壁)作为免疫激活剂注射到南美白对虾(Penaeus vannawei)体内后,通过定时测定供试虾血清、肌肉和肝胰腺提取液中的酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、碱性磷酸酶(√uJ)和过氧化物酶(P()D)的活性,探讨了免疫多糖(酵母细胞壁)对南美白对虾免疫系统的免疫刺激效果。结果表明,南美白对虾经注射免疫多糖(酵母细胞壁)刺激后,肝胰腺中的ACP和ALP活性明显增加,在注射后72h,ACP活性由对照组的31.3U/L提高到93.4U/L,ALP活性由38.3U/L提高到128.0U/L,而在血清和肌肉中ACP和ALP的活性没有明显变化。与对照组虾相比,试验组虾的血清、肌肉和肝胰腺提取液中POD活性均没有明显变化。

Abstract:Penaeid shrimp (Penaeus vannawei) were injected with immunopolysaccharide (yeast cell wall), a kind of immunostimulant. The act ivities of phosphatase (ACP) and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) and proxidase (POD) in the serum, muscle and hepatopancreas extractant were monitored according to t he fixed time in order to clarify the stimulatory function of yeast cell wall in penaeid shrimp. The results showed that the activities of ACP and ALP in the he patopancreas of injected penaeid shrimp were significantly boosted. After injec ting 72 hours, the activity of ACP in the hepatopancreas increased from 31.3 (U/ L) to 93.4 (U/L) and the activity of ALP increased from 38.3 (U/L) to 128.0 (U/L). The activities of ACP and ALP in the serum, muscle showed no significant change. The activities of POD in the serum, muscle and hepatopancreas of the inj ected shrimp remained stable.
