施用钼肥对冬小麦游离氨基酸、可溶性蛋白质和糖含量的影响

摘    要:在土壤条件下,采用分期播种方法,研究了施用钼肥对冬小麦游离氨基酸,可溶性蛋白质和糖含量的影响。结果表明:在2个播种期条件下,施用钼肥均极显著提高幼苗期,分蘖期和拔节期冬小麦游离氨基酸及基脯氨酸含量,早播冬小麦的游离氨基酸及脯氨酸含量随生育期推进而明显下降,施钼使冬小麦游离氨基酸含量增加的幅度有生育期而提高的趋势,而脯氨酸含量的增幅随生育期推进而下降;但晚播冬小麦的变化不同。施用钼肥能显著提高早,晚播冬小麦分蘖期和拔节期植株可溶性蛋白质和总糖含量,但对苗期植株影响不大;施用钼肥使冬小麦可溶性蛋白质和总糖含量提高的幅度有随生育期而提高的趋势,可溶性糖尤为明显。施用钼肥能显著提高冬小麦游离氨基酸及其脯氨酸,可溶性蛋白质和可溶性总糖的含量,必能增强植株的抗寒力和促进生长发育,游离氨基酸和脯氨酸比可溶性蛋白质和可溶性总糖能更早,更敏感,更显著地反映冬小麦对低温和缺钼胁迫,尤其是游离脯氨酸。

Abstract:Effects of molybdenum application on contents of free amino acid, soluble sugar and protein of winter wheat at different growth stages were studied under pot culture experiments with the soils collected from Xinzhou, Wuhan, China. The results showed that: the contents of free amino acid and proline of winter wheat at seedling, tiller and elongation stages increased significantly with molybdenum applied regardless of the sowing date; the rate of the free amino acid concentration increased while that of the free proline decreased with the wheat growth developing. At tiller and elongation stages, the contents of the soluble sugar and protein of winter wheat increased considerably by molybdenum application, but there were no considerable difference between the control and molybdenum treatment at the seedling stage of wheat. The responses to molybdenum deficiency of the free amino acid and proline of winter wheat were earlier and more sensitive than the soluble sugar and protein. With the content of free amino acid, proline, soluble sugar and protein increase, the cold resistance of winter wheat was improved accordingly.
