摘    要:以湖北省种植的11个大、中、小粒品种(系)为试验材料,用Logistic方程对不同小麦品种的籽粒灌浆过程进行了拟合;用t测验分析了3组不同粒重品种灌浆参数差异;用相关分析和逐步回归分析研究了灌浆参数与粒重的关系。结果表明,在灌浆各阶段,不同品种类型的部分灌浆参数间有显著或极显著差异。灌浆持续期T、平均灌浆速率R、快增期灌浆速率R2和时间T2、缓增期灌浆速率R3和时间T3对粒重作用显著。除此之外,各

Abstract:The grain filling processes of eleven wheat varieties with different kernel weight planted in Hubei Province were modeled with Logistic equation. The difference of grain filling parameters among three groups of varieties with different kernel weight was analysed using tTest, and the relationship between grain filling parameters and grain weights was analysed using correlation and stepwise regression. Results showed that at each stage of grain filling processes, the differences of some of the grain filling parameters among varieties were significant or extremely significant. Grain filling duration(T) and rate(R), grain filling (T\-2) and rate (R\-2) in fast increasing period, grain filling duration (T\-3) and (R\-3) in slightly increasing period significantly affected grain weight. In addition, there was a significantly negative correlation between the grain filling rate and the grain filling duration at each stage. Breeding of new varieties with high average grain filling rate and high R\-2, coordination grain filling rate and duration at each stage, and increasing grain filling rate R\-3) and duration T\-3 by cultural techniques could increase kernel weight.
