摘    要:对三个甘蓝型油菜隐性细胞核雄性不育系花药发育的解剖学观察表明,S45A和117A小孢子发生的细胞学特点相同,其雄性败育于减数分裂后的四分体至单核小孢子阶段。其主要特点是减数分裂完成后,小孢子不形成花粉壁并开始解体;同时,绒毡层细胞径向扩大和小液泡化并逐渐解体。9012A雄性败育于花粉母细胞至减数分裂四分体阶段。其主要特点是花粉母细胞减数分裂后 胼胝质壁不降解和不释放出四分体,并且四分体开始液泡化解

Abstract:The result of anatomic study on the anthers' development of three recessive genic male sterile lines of Brassica napus L showed that S45A and 117A had the same microsporogenesis characteristics. The abnormality of microsporogenesis occurred after meiosis, i. e. from the tetrad stage to the mononuclear imcrospore stage. The main phenomena were those microspores had no formaion of pollen wall on their surface and began to decade after meiosis,and at the same time tapetal cells enlaged and formed many small vacuoles and began to decade. The abortion of mi-crosporogensis of 9012A appeared from the pollen mother cell stage to the tetrad stage of meiosis. The callase wall did not break and the tetrads were still embedded in the callose after the tetrad stage of meiosis, The tetrads vacuolated and were dead late. The tapetal cells began to vacuolate at the tetrad stage, and the vacuoles combined to form a big-ger vacuole and the tapetal cell decayed late.
