根瘤菌竞争结瘤的研究进展

摘    要:近年来已通过自然选育或基因工程技术获得了不少具有高效固氮能力的菌株。并在人工控制的条件下证明它们能够使豆科作物显著增产。但由于人工接种剂与土著根瘤菌的竞争结瘤问题一直未得到很好解决,阻碍了这些高效固氮菌株田间应用效果的发挥。尽管人们对这一问题已进行了大量的研究。但也根瘤菌结瘤基因的研究相比。我们对根瘤菌的竞争结瘤机制的认识仍非常有限。已有的研究结果表明,影响根瘤菌竞争结瘤的因素主要包括根瘤菌与宿主植物的遗传基因和生态学因素两个方面。

Abstract:Many highly effective strains of rhizobia on nitrogen fixation have obtained by natural screening or genetic engineering method recently. Those strains have been proved to increase yields of legume plant under the artificial controlled conditions. But the application of inoculant in field was blocked as the problem of nodulation competitiveness between inoculant strains and indigenous strains was not been solved completely. Although a large quantity of studies have been done, the mechanism of nodulation competition is still poorly known in comparison with the researches on nodulation genes of rhizobia. A lot of studies indicated that the main factors influencing on the ability of nodulation competition included strains of rhizobia, the genetic type of host plant, and environmental factors.
