授粉时间及角果长度对红菜薹与甘蓝型油菜杂交后代荚粒数的影响

摘    要:以甘蓝型油菜为母本、红菜薹为父本,不同授粉时间、不同角果长度下杂交子房荚粒数进行比较研究,结果表明:除13:00~15:00时间段的授粉结果不理想外,杂种的荚粒数与各时间段的温度成正相关(r=0.953 8);角果长度对子房培养具有一定影响,一般是长荚的荚粒数高于中荚的英粒数,相对于短荚的荚粒数,两者都呈显著差异;通过对4个杂交组合问亲和性的研究发现,4个杂交组合的亲和性不同:甘蓝型油菜与红杂70的亲和指数最高,为4.86,与新世纪晚杂、A和新世纪早杂的亲和指数略低,分别为3.10、2.84和2.64,且前者和后三者之间存在显著性差异.

Abstract:Effects of the time of pollination,the length of pod on the seed number per pod of hybrids between Brassica napus and Purple-caitai were studied.Results indicated that the seed number per pod of hybrids was positively correlated with the temperature of pollination(r= 0.953 8) except the time between 1:00 to 3:00 PM.The length of pod also had effect on the ovary culture to some extent.Generally,the seed number per pod of the long pod was more than mediate-long pod,and both of them were more than the short po...
