籼型光敏核不育水稻育性不稳定性和育性可转换性的遗传研究

摘    要:以来源于农垦58s的籼型光敏核不育系培矮64s和8902s及其F1、F2群体为材料,通过不同光温和不同生态条件处理,研究了影响光敏核不育基因的育性不稳定性和育性可转换性的遗传机理,结果表明:光敏核不育系培矮64s和8902s的光敏核不育主效基因等位。影响光敏核不育基因的育性不稳定性和育性可转换性可能均表现为微效基因的作用,且它们分别有独立的作用系统,环境温度对育性不稳定性和育性可转移性影响较大。

GENETIC STUDIES ON THE STERILITY INSTABILITY AND FERTILITY REVERSIBILITY OF PHOTOPERIOD SENSITIVE GENIC MALE STERILE RICE ( Oryza sativa L.)
Abstract:In this study, two indica photoperiod sensitive genic male sterile (PSGMS) lines, Peiai 64s, 8902s and their F 1, F 2 populations were selected. The genetic basis for sterile instability and fertillty reversibility of PSGMS lines were studied under different manmade photothermo conditions and different ecological conditions. The results are as follows: Peiai 64s and 8902s are both from NK58s, the PSGMS genes in these two PSGMS lines are allelic. The sterilility instability and fertility reversibility of PSGMS lines are controlled by genes of minor effect. They might be controlled by different dependent systems respectively. Some common photothermo interactive factors may exist between the two systems.
