棉花种质对棉红铃虫抗性的灰关联聚类分析

摘    要:在大田罩笼接虫条件下,考查了52个棉花种质对棉红铃虫的抗性。通过灰关联聚类分析,在r=0.95时,52个供试棉花种质可分为4类及4个独立种质。根据4类种质抗性鉴定指标数据的平均值,给出了各类种质的抗性特点。对具有一定抗性的2类和一独立种质逐一进行抗性评价,结果有5个种质属于抗性种质,7个种质有一定的利用价值,。

Abstract:Fifty two accessions of cotton were tested for resistance to pink bollworm in cages with cluster analysis, all the varieties were devided into four types and four independent varieties at r =0.95. Every type was given resistant assessment by the means of resistance appraising index. Two showing types and one independent variety resistant to pink bollworm were analyzed one by one. The result showed that five varieties are resistant to pink bollworm and seven varieties are utilizable.
