高速摄影在精密排种器性能检测中的应用

摘    要:针对光电传感器无法判断种子破碎而产生检测误差的缺陷,提出以高速摄影弥补光电传感器检测误差,提高精密排种器性能检测精度的新方法,并对光电传感器和高速摄影同时用于精密排种器性能检测的结果进行了融合分析。台架试验表明,高速摄影用于排种性能和种子破碎检测不仅可剔除光电传感器检测时,因种子破碎引起重播指数增大而产生试验结果的误差,提高检测结果的准确性和可信度,而且可以通过对高速摄影拍摄的图片进行再现观察与分析,真实地反映精密排种器种子破碎特征和排种器的排种均匀性,为改善精密排种器性能提供了一条新途径。

Abstract:To avoid errors from seed damage of using the opto-ele ctronic sensor to check the precision metering performances, a new method was be en put forward to improve accuracy of the precision metering performance tests b y eliminating checking error of the opto-electronic sensor, and simultaneously to test results of the opto-electronic sensor and the high speed photography te chnology. Results showed that the high speed photography technology was feasibl e to check delivering performance and seed damage of the precision metering. Exp erimental errors from seed damage caused by the opto-electronic sensor to check the precision metering performances was eliminated by combining the opto-elect ronic sensor and high speed photography.Veracities and reliabilities of checking results were improved while the seeds were expelled from the precision metering device and the seed damage characteristics and seeding uniformity had been obta ined truly by recurring review and analysis of the high speed photography pictur es. A new approach had been developed to improve the precision metering performa nces.
