| 摘 要： | 为了建立大蒜叶枯病抗性鉴定的方法,根据田间调查结果选取对大蒜叶枯病不同抗性的3个品种G087、G064、G039作为鉴别品种,对病菌离体接种鉴定中不同孢子悬浮液浓度、病菌接种部位、接种后不同培养温度、不同株龄接种,以及活体接种方法进行了比较和筛选。结果表明:采用4～5叶期大蒜的离体叶片,叶面或叶背接种,接种病菌孢子悬浮液浓度106个/mL,接种后置于21℃温度条件下培养7 d,统计病情指数和品种抗性类型,鉴定结果与品种的抗病水平一致;离体接种鉴定比活体接种法更简便、快速;离体和活体鉴定结果均与品种田间抗病性一致,可作为大蒜品种资源叶枯病抗性鉴定技术。
