摘    要:利用湖北省77个气象站1971~2000年气象资料以及6个野外观测点的加密观测资料,计算了有关风能参数,对湖北省风的基本特征进行了详细分析,结果表明:受地形和气候共同影响,湖北省风能资源(比较)丰富区主要分布在北部及汉江中游的主要风口、山体相对孤立的中高山区以及大型湖泊的周边地区等具有特殊地形地貌的区域。由于湖北省北部山地较为破碎,从鄂北岗地到整个江汉平原均处于冷空气南下的通道上,其许多地方风能具有开发利用的潜力。鄂西的河谷盆地及鄂东的低山丘陵风能资源贫乏。

Abstract:Wind energy is clean and renewable energy source.Thus wind power development is of great significance to adjusting energy structure and promoting sustainable development.Based on observation data from 1971 to 2000 of 77 meteorology stations and from 6 field stepped-up observation stations in Hubei Province,the related wind energy parameters are calculated.At the same time,the detailed analysis on the basic characters of wind energy in Hubei Province is implemented.The results indicate that,influenced by both topography and climate,Hubei has rich wind energy resources in areas with special landform such as places with the major draughts in the north and in the middle reaches of Han river,comparatively isolated middle and high mountain areas,the circumjacent areas of large lakes and so on.Many places possess potential wind energy's development and utilization from northern mountainous areas to the whole Jianghan plains which are in the entrance of cold air south down.River valleys in West Hubei and hills in east Hubei are poor in wind energy resources.
