湖北光敏核不育水稻在不同海拔条件下育性转换规律及适应性的初步分析

摘    要:对2个籼型5个粳型湖北光敏核不育材料在元江不同海拔高度条件下的育性转换与光温条件的分析表明,N5047S和W7415S在400米至1600米4个试点中均有明显的育性转换,但随着海拔升高,不育期缩短。W6154S,6334S,农垦58S,31111S和WD1S仅在400米和800米2个试点中存在育性转换,在1230米和1600米海拔点则无明显的育性转换。在光照条件基本相同的情况下,海拔不同引起的育性转换变化是温度差异所致,温度在诱导育性转换中起着重要作用,供试品系间诱导育性转换的光温条件差异很大,日长与温度存在较强的互补作用和互作效应。在诱异育性转换的光温作用中,粳型材料以光长因子的作用较强,W6154S则温度作用显著。诱导育性转换的临界光长与温度的互补互作效应,是光敏核不育水稻适应地区向南北推移的重要依据。

Abstract:Analysis on fertility changes in 2 indica and 5 japonica HPGMR lines, photoperiodand temperature at different altitude in Yuanjiang shows that N5047S and W7415S ex-hibited fertility changes at 4 spots from altitude of 400m to 1600m above sea level;while W6154S, 6334S, Nongken 58S, 31111S and WD1S showed fertility changesat 2 spots 400m and 800m above sea level, it showed no fertility changes ataltitude of 1230m and 1600m. In approximately same photoperiod condition, fertilitychanges differed in different altitudes as temperature changes. Apart from photoperiod,temperature was another important factor in inducing fertility changes of HPGMR. Thephotoperiod and temperature conditions inducing fertility changes among HPGMR lineswere different. There were supplementary effect and interactions betweem photoperiodand temperature. The significance of the correlation between the fertility% of japonicaHPGMR lines and daylength showed that photoperiod was the maior factor in inducingfertility changes in japonica HPGMR lines. The correlation between fertility% ofW6154s and temperature is of significance, temperature is the mainly inducing factor.The critical photoperiod and critical temperature inducing fertility changes in HPGMRaffected each other and might alter. This alteration is the basis that HPGMR may beused in wider region.
