黄粉虫幼虫免疫血淋巴最佳制样条件的确定

摘    要:采用正交设计L27(3^13)的方法对大肠杆菌诱导黄粉幼虫的免疫血淋巴最佳制样条件进行了研究,结果表明:以每虫10^5菌量诱导较小的虫体后72h取样后得到的样品活性最高。

Abstract:Orthogonal experiment has been done to determine the optimal condition in the preparation of the hemolymph of yellow mealworm larvae immunized by Escherichia coli K 12 . The result showed that the best antibacterial activity would be obtained 72 hours after low instar larvae were immunized by injection with 10 5 bacteria per larva. We also discussed the condition when mass sample could be prepared.
