桂花部分品种的RAPD分析

摘    要:从20个10碱基的随机引物中筛选出12个扩增效果好的引物,这12个随机引物共产生66条带,其中38条为多态性带。谱带分析结果表明,利用RAPD标记可有效地鉴别桂花品种;通过聚类分析,可将这16个桂花品种分为5个类群,与以前的形态学分类结果不完全一致。

Abstract:RAPD analysis was made in the classification and identification of 16 sweet osmanthus ( Osmanthus fragrans Lour.) cultivars. Twelve 10-bp primers were selected from twenty arbitrary primers. 66 bands were produced by the 10-bp primers,with which 38 bands were polymorphic. As such, using RAPD marker can identify sweet osmanthus cultivars effectively. Furthermore, the 16 cultivars were classified into five groups based on the Cluster analysis, the results showed some differences with the morphological classification system.
