四种鲤科鱼肠道中胃泌素免疫活性细胞的免疫组织化学定位及比较

摘    要:应用胃泌素抗血清,借助过氧化物酶抗过氧化物酶(PAP)免疫组织化学染色技术,在鲤鱼、草鱼、青鱼和翘嘴红鲌四种鲤科鱼的肠上皮中均发现胃泌素免疫活性细胞。它们大多数分布在前肠前段,少数分布在前肠后段。其中鲤鱼肠道中胃泌素免疫活性细胞仅分布在前肠前段,而且密度最高。这四种鲤科鱼肠道胃泌素免疫活性细胞在形态上具有多形性,其中以长梭形最为多见。并且可明显地分为开放型和封闭型二种胃泌素免疫活性细胞。有时在开放型胃泌素免疫活性细胞的胞突上可发现有一个或几个囊状膨胀体,胃泌素贮存于囊中,非一次性释放出细胞。本文比较和讨论了四种鱼的肠道中胃泌素免疫活性细胞的分布特点与鱼的食性关系以及它们可能的分泌方式和功能。

Abstract:Gastrin-immunoreactive cells were identified in the intestinal tract ofcommon carp (Cyprinus carpio), grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idellus), black carp(Mylopharyngodon piceus), and whitefish (Erythroculter ilishaeformis) by theimmunohistochemical staining technique of peroxidase-antiperoxidase (PAP) Most of thecells were distributed in the anterior segment of foregut and rest in the posteriorsegment of foregut. Gastrin-immunoreactwive cells of commor carp (C. carpio) hadthe highest frequency and were found only in the anterior segment of foregut. TheseCells in the four species were various shaped, but the leng shuttleshaped cells werethe most common. Gastrin-immunoreactive cells could be divided into open type andclose type. Occasionly, one or more pocketlike bodieswere observed on the cytoplasmicprocess of the open type cells. The gastrin could be stored in the bodies and wasdischarged gradually. The distribution, the lelation between distribution and foodhabit of fish, possible way of secretion and function of gastrin-immunoreactive cellsin the four carps species are discussed.
