湖北省水稻纹枯病菌菌丝融合群鉴定

摘    要:用采自湖北省44个县、市的62个水稻纹枯病菌菌株与Rhizoctonia solani的菌丝融合群国际标准株AG-1IA、AG-1IB、AG-1IC、AG-4和AG-5进行了菌丝融合试验。结果证明,供试的62个菌株均能与AG-1IA株融合,其中有60株也能与AG-1IC株融合。比较而言,供试株与AG-1IA的融合率高于与AG-1IC的融合率。据此,供试菌株应归于R.Solani AG-1IA。

Abstract:Sixty-two isolates from the diseased tissues of sheath blight of rice from forty-four counties in Hubei Province were tested on hyphal fusion with five international standard strains of anastomosis and intraspecific groups of Rhizoctonia solani Kuhn, Ag-1IA, AG-1IB, AG-1IC, AG-4 and AG-5. The results showed that all these isolates caused characterisitie symptoms of sheath blight of rice which belong to R. solani AG-1. But we discovered that these isolates only anastomosis with AG-1IA and AG-1IC among AG-1. However the hyphae fusion between these isolates with AG-1IC have more imperfect fusions than those with AG-1IA. Additionally. there are two isolates (SZ89-01 and XF90-01) which did not fues with AG-1IC. All these suggestcd that all of the tested isolates belong to group of R. solani AG-1IA.
