| 摘 要： | 以花生根结线虫接种，测定感病花生植株的主要生理指标变化。结果表明，发病花生的根活力在初花期、结荚期和乳熟期几乎呈直线下降，对Ｎ、Ｐ、Ｋ的吸收普遍减少，但对Ｃａ的吸收有所增加；叶绿素含量和光合强度明显下降，但呼吸作用强度在接种后第３ｄ显著增强，随后则明显下降。

| Abstract: | The experiments were conducted to determine the physiological changes of peanut plant
inoculated with Meloidogyne arenaria. The results showed that the root activity, the absorption
of N, P, K of infected plants decreased in three growth periods, but the absorption of Ca
increased. The photosynthetic intensity and the chlorophyll content of treated plants decreased
obviously. The respiratory rate increased significantly on the third day of being infected, later
on, it decreased distinctly. |
